The remuneration for legal services is determined by the Regulation of the Minister of Justice of 22 October 2015. on the fees for legal advisers (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2665). Depending on the terms of cooperation agreed with the client, I use a monthly lump-sum payment or remuneration according to hourly rates – individually for a given case.
